Job Description:

 

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable part-time tutor to provide individualized or small group instruction in reading and/or math for elementary and secondary students. The tutor will assist students in improving their academic skills, fostering a deeper understanding of the subject matter, and boosting confidence through personalized learning strategies.

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds; to bend, stoop, climb stairs, and reach overhead. Duties may be performed outside and on field trips away from school. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate and the employee may be exposed to blood borne pathogens.
